Arrival in Florence APT – (availability to rent a car) transfer to Siena. Based the arrival flight, stop for a short walk in the historical medieval centre of Colle Val d’Elsa. Accommodation in Farm House or hotel, far 10 minutes by car to Siena. Overnight.
Buffet breakfast. Visit Siena (guide Facultative on request Euro 165,00 about 2h30/3h00) – wine and food taste in Winery/Enoteca in the city center (salami and typical cake). In the evening dinner in a Medieval restaurant in Siena. Night In the Farmhouse/hotel.
After breakfast, departure to Montalcino a little medieval city famous for the wine “Brunello di Montalcino”; visit to a Factory of wine production and wine taste with snack. In the afternoon arrive in Pienza famous for the Cheese “Pecorino”, free visit of the little village. Night in Hotel
Buffet breakfast. Departure for excursion to Montepulciano a great ancient village where you can visit an ancient wine cellar at 900 meters below ground. The visit to the cellars back in time to 1500, where they go back. The tunnels, built entirely in brick, in alternating succession of vaults and niches where there are the wine barrels. Departure to San Gimignano, night in hotel or farmhouse.
Breakfast and visit free (or with guide on request Euro 165,00 about 2h30/3h00) in San Gimignano, known as the "city of a hundred towers". In the afternoon visit to a Winery near San Gimignano for the nice experience the Cooking School (construction of a Starter, a First and a Second course. With Dessert choosen by our Chef according to Seasonability. Starter: Tuscan Crostini, Tomato Crostini, Sausages Crostini. First Course: Homemade Pasta with Cinta Senese Sauce or Truffle Lasagna Second Course: Beef filet with Green Pepper Sauce, or Tagliata with Arugula and Parmesan cheese. Dessert: Vanilla Icecream with Balsamic Vinegar or Tiramisu Cake). At the end of the cooking class, dinner with all the dishes prepared during the lesson and wine of Winery. Night in Hotel San Gimignano.
After breakfast transfer to Firenze. Day to disposal for the visit of this magnificent and ancient city: Santa Maria Novell, the Dom, Tower of Giotto, Piazza della Signoria, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio. In the evening accommodation in Hotel. In the night you have the possibility to discovery many “Typical Osteria” (we can to adviser many address for a good dinner). Overnight in hotel in Florence.
After breakfast free time for a day of shopping in a beautiful Outlet not far from the city. Transfer to the Airport Florence. End of service
