    • Day 1

      Arrival in APT (Milan or Bergamo). Meeting in APT with assistant and meeting with the bus reserved for the tour. Boarding on the bus and transfer to Gandosso in Farm for a typical lunch. In the afternoon guided tour on the cellars and tasting of wines produced the “Valcalepio” (English speaking). In the evening transfer to Castello di Grumello for the dinner and night in the guest house of the castle.

    • Day 2

      Breakfast and departure by bus to the Village of Sulzano in the Iseo Lake. Meeting with the guide Russian or English speaking and excursion by boat for the rounds of three islands: Monteisola, San Paolo, Loreto. Stop in the little village of Siviano for the visit to the "Museum of the Fishing Net" and return to Sulzano for disembarkation. Proceeding by bus to the typical Farmhouse “Al Rocol”. Here awaits guests a beautiful day dedicated to "cooking school" and following lunch with the dishes prepared with wine pairing. In the afternoon visit to the cellars and production of typical wine with wine taste of “Franciacorta” and tasting of Extra Virgin of the "Lake Sebino" accompanied by local cheeses. Dinner and Night in the rooms reserved in the Farm.

    • Day 3

      Breakfast buffet and departure to Parma. Arrival and visit to “La Fattoria” (a meat and cheese company) that produces all the specialty pork butcher of Parma: Visit to the production and tasting the specialties the characteristics of Culatello, Parma Ham, Culatello typical, Fiocco Ham ... and you learn to recognize the various meats in a dish of sliced. (During of visit/tasting about 2h30). After this “visit/lunch”, meeting with guide for the walking tour in the Parma city center. In the afternoon transfer to the Farm “Antica Torre”. Dinner tasting with typical products in the old cowshed converted into a restaurant. Night in the rooms reserved in farmhouse.

    • Day 4

      Breakfast in farm and departure for the visit to cheese factory that produces Parmigiano Reggiano. We will visit the stables of bovine animals to know for their feeding; then a visit to the cheese factory and shop for tasting Parmigiano Reggiano (3 ages). Proceeding to a factory for the visit to the of seasoning area and watch the production of Prosciutto di Parma and other salami. At the end of the visit, tasting buffet of Prosciutto di Parma and local products. In the afternoon depart to Modena city for a little city tour of the Romanic center (the Dom, Baptistery) and arrival to a Acetaia factory to know the fine Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, a unique product in the world with finally taste of Aceto Balsamico. Then transfer to the Ferrari Museum in Maranello to visit (it’s possible to reserve a guide Euro 167,00 per group). In the evening return in the farm “Antica Torre” for the dinner and night.

    • Day 5

      After breakfast transfer by bus in the Langhe area in Piemonte, for a wonderful visit to the discovery of the King "truffle". Arrival about 10h30 and welcome to the group with an introduction to fresh truffles (what, where born, as preserved), and then tour the factory to the various departments of production (oil, pasta, cream, etc. ..). It will make a simulated search for truffles in a small wood next to the company with a man (the seeker) and his dog. Stop lunch with truffle-based specialties and local wine. In the afternoon transfer to the Villa Contessa Rosa for a visit to the cellars and wine taste; dinner in a typical Trattoria not far to the Villa Contessa with typical products. Night in the reserved rooms in the Villa.

    • Day 6

      Breakfast and depart to Torino at 9 o’ clock am. Arrival in 1h20 (about). Meeting in Turin with a guide for the city tour of the city which was the first capital of the Kingdom of Italy in 1861. After visit stop in a historical “café” for to taste the typical drink of Turin the “Bicerin” is a historic hot drink and non-alcoholic typical composed of a mixture of coffee, chocolate and cream sweetened with syrup. Departure to APT (Milan or Bergamo) (about 2 hours of bus travel). End of service.
