The Ligurian Coast is located in the eastern part of Italy and it is the continuation of the French Riviera. The Riviera is one of the touristic locality favorite from tourists from all over Europe and it characterized by the Riviera di Levante, which extends to the east of the Genova city to the Gulf of La Spezia and offers visitors beaches mixed sand and rock and cliffs and from the Riviera di Ponente also called Riviera Dei Fiori that stretches to the west of Genoa till French border and it presents sandy beaches and deep water.

The Liguria with some of the most famous tourist resorts such as San Remo, Portofino, Rapallo, Alassio, Santa Margerita Ligure Bordighera and Loano offers also mild weather from May to October and opportunity to hire luxury yachts and to travel on the high seas clear waters and attract tourists who want to do snorkelling.
The second largest municipality in the region is the city of La Spezia which is located near the border with the Tuscany Region and it is in the middle of a deep natural gulf surrounded by a chain of hills.
In the province of La Spezia it can go to visit the Cinque Terre, a large hilly area that offers to the visitors nature trails programs and wine and food tours.
